These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and Ironworks Gate Co.. This notice period allows Ironworks Gate Co. to reallocate resources and avoid unnecessary costs. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee at the discretion of Ironworks Gate Co.. The applicable fee, if any, will be communicated to the user at the time of booking or upon request. Repeated late cancellations may result in limitations on future scheduling.
